9/18/2024 - Utility Project
Good morning. We recently received notice from the city that utility work will commence near our neighborhood soon. A 24" sewer line will be installed along the south side of Mill Rd from County Line to Bradford Creek. That is what the green markers are along Mill.
Unfortunately, it will require the removal of all the trees along Mill Rd outside of the fence. They will be replaced, but with young evergreens. We do not know what impact the sidewalk project will have on the replacement trees. The HOA is discussing the type and placement of the new trees after the utility project is complete.
Please be vigilant of construction vehicles and equipment and use extra caution when entering and exiting the neighborhood.
That is all the information we have at this time, but will do our best to communicate any news we receive.
