Why do we need an Architectural Control Committee?
The purpose of a ACC is to allow us to do several things as a community.

- As a group, we have the financial resources pooled together to help pay for the maintenance of our common grounds. Well kept grounds help us all to maintain our property values while also keeping the entrances consistent with our own well kept yards.
- The ACC allows us, as a community, to monitor safety, lobby our local government, and to ensure that our voice is heard outside of our community.

Who is Elite Housing Management?
Elite Housing Management is a local company, with a great track record, that performs management services for HOA's and organizations like our community. Elite Housing Management helps us with the day-to-day business management of the budget, accounts payable, processing annual HOA fees, covenant enforcement, and vendor management to ensure our continual property values remain high.

What is the neighborhood sanitation schedule?
Recycling collection - Wednesday
Beginning August 1, 2019 - Recycling collection will occur the Third Thursday of each month. Please have your carts at the curb by 7am.

Trash collection - Thursday
When federal holidays occur on Monday, trash collection will move to Friday
Refuse collection - Friday
The new Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) facility, located at 1055 A Cleaner Way in Huntsville, accepts these materials, and other household hazardous waste. The HHW facility is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and provides a convenient, drive-thru service for residents of Huntsville, Madison, and Madison County. Weekend drop-off locations are also provided through HHW Community Collection Events (CCE’s). Visit HHW for schedule of upcoming Community Collection Events near you.
Large items such as fallen trees placed at curbside might take longer than one week for removal by crane truck.
Please call Republic Services 256-327-4400 to ensure you are added to pick-up route.

How much is the annual fee? When is it due and how can I pay my fee?
The Annual assessment fee is $300.00 per year and is due each year between July 1st and July 31st. A late fee of $3.00 per day will apply beginning August 1st.

How do I submit an architectural change request form?

When do I need to submit an architectural change request form?
A form must be submitted when making any change to the exterior to your home.
This includes, but is not limited to, landscaping, fencing, exterior paint, driveways, sidewalks, basketball goals, tree planting or removal, shutters, mailboxes.
Please allow at least 15 business days for the HOA to respond to the request.
